Receiving Someone Else's Bill In My Email

I have been receiving another person’s AT&T bill report in my email for a little while now. I have tried to contact support and tell them that the customer is not me and that I should not be receiving these emails, but nothing was done. There has clearly been a confusion on the person’s email and mine and I would just like to know how to not receive these emails anymore and for the correct recipient to receive them.

Hi I have been receiving bill and other emails from AT&T since 2018 and similarly have tried contacting support without success. I do not want to receive these mails any more. I do not even stay in continental America or use any AT&T services. Please advise thank you.
