RBL Unblock Request

We have sent multiple email requests per your NDR instructions but are still unable to send email to customers on the AT&T network.

March 27th, April 3rd, April 7th and April 20th. Our mail IP is not listed on any other RBL.

Can we please get some assistance in having our IP de-listed.

Kind Regards,

Carl

Hey @TSMAN,

We'd like to help you with your inquiry. You will have to email our postmasters to remove the block at abuse_rbl@abuse-att.net. Only they will be able to remove the block if they deem your email safe. Here is some additional information on our Email postmaster.

Let us know if this helps.

Hey Max,

Thanks for the reply.

I have emailed the abuse_rbl@abuse-att.net 5 times now. We can find no reason we should be blocked. We are clear on all other RBL's I have contacted our provider and they see no issues. Any further insight would be quite welcome. We do not send bulk email of any kind. We are trying to communicate with a client about an existing ongoing project and have been for months then suddenly our messages stopped going through.

Kind Regards,

Carl

@TSMAN.

Messages sent to our abuse@att.net team will likely take some time to get a response due to high volume. Your messages to them can get marked as spam if you send more than 1 email at a time so we'd recommend not sending anymore, and just waiting for  a response.

Let us know if you have anymore questions.
