RBL Removal

Hello.  Our business recently switched IP addresses, and now we are getting the RBL block.  Our IP range is not listed on any RBL, and our SPF records are correct.

Can anyone assist?

Below is the error and our IP address that's blocked.  I have sent emails to that address with no acknowledgement nor change:

alph748.prodigy.netRemote Server returned '553 5.3.0 alph748 DNSBL:RBL 521< 35.134.128.122 >_is_blocked.For assistance forward this error to abuse_rbl@abuse-att.net'

Have same issue, no response so far from that email either.

I've started suggesting to my affected customers that they get an email address from another provider.

I'm honestly at a loss as to how to contact the right people to get off their RBL.

Yep, followed the instructions at that link, sent a couple of emails, and no responses over the last couple of weeks now.
