Prodigy.net.mx

I had a Prodigy.net.mx account with my TelMex phone.  I am not able to to get to my home in Mexico and wonder why I can no longer access that email.  Any help?

Hi @Don_Ben,

That is not good to read. Check out our email login troubleshooting article. It has information on how to address free email account issues and regular AT&T account.

Hope this helps.

I hva had Prodigy.net.mx as my userbname tag/server since they changed me from telnor.net tears ago. I have not in recent history had any difficulty accessing my email in the states, it is actually my Primary email.

I suggest first trying to access it as webmail (using Chrome IE or whatever) at:

http://telmex.com/web/hogar/prodigy-mail

enter your username and then select your server suffix

then your password.

See if webmail works, if so then below are the android setup instructions for my phone.

(I could not reply/send email until today when I found that the SMTP server HAS to be smtp.infintummail.com

Incoming works with pop.prodigy.net.mx, so I didn't change it.

Buena suerte!
