Prodigy hosts not accepting TLS

Could someone please help on the TLS issue that we are seeing with prodigy based email hosts ?

We  have configured to send emails only using TLS to certain domains hosted by Prodigy but  if TLS is not accepted then our mails will get undelivered.

Could someone help me on this ?

Hello @ckannankarur

We're happy to help. Have you gotten any error messages or had any emails bounced back?

Actually we want to send using TLS for domains like
bellsouth.net
Sbcglobal.net
Att.net
These domains were set to accept TLS connection previously but not now.

So could we please enable or accpet TLS connection from outside ?

It is a secure standard...not sure why it was removed

HI @ckannankarur,

Many of these attacks hide in plain site and can look like official communications from companies you use like AT&T or even Netflix. Check out our AT&T Internet & Email Security Resources. Because TLS is a protocol, that means the two mail servers need to both be able to follow along in order for the encryption process to work.

Thank you for reaching out to AT&T's Community and Forums Team.

If you are going to send through the att.yahoo servers you should be using SSL and it's been that way for quite a long time.  Use the server settings defined here.

Hi @ckannankarur,

you will need to contact our postmasters group by email. They will be able to take a further look into this.

Could you please let me know the email address ? So that I can reach out to
them directly?

bellsouth.net
att.net
sbcglobal.net

I want all these domain hosting email appliances to accept TLS. We need to
connect to these appliances via TLS and then only we will be able to
deliver emails. Otehrwise we cannot send emails as we dont sent email to
these domains without TLS.

Please advise on this ASAP.

Hello @ckannankarur,

The email address you are looking for is listed on the website we hyperlinked previously. If for some reason you are unable to view the webpage, the email address is abuse_rbl@abuse-att.net

We hope this helps!

Were you able to find a solution? I'm having the same issue with a letsencrypt cert.

Has anyone been able to get a conclusion on enforcing TLS between domains? I am also currently working on a project to enforce TLS to all out going connections and would like to resolve this as it is one of our larger out going connections.
