Please help - No one within ATT can seem to unmerge my ATT and Yahoo emails
I hafve not used ATT email or service in over 4 yrs. My origina ATT account is so old it is a @sbcglobal.net account.
To be brief, I figured out how to reset me original ATT.net login and and password followed the instructions found in other forums as well as from ATT and when attempting to DELETE the account from my profile - I get an error saying "The functionality that you have requested is currently unavailable. Please try again later. We apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you."
I have called 877-267-2988 and they cant help. I have called 877-722-3755 and they say to follow the same instructions as above.
How do the accounts get UNLINKED after 4 yrs?
