I have had this email for decades. I recently set up phone number identification. When I would sign into any device I would get a push notification on my phone to allow the sign in. Now when I try to sign in it is not sending a push notification. Nor is it recognizing my password because of this setting. It reverts back to the att sign in. I have vital information in this account. 


Please help.

You may need to Reset your Email Password Using myAT&T, access the article attached for steps to change your password. You'll find additional email help under 'Email Tips & Troubleshooting Solutions'.
