Not receiving FB password reset emails

I have been trying to recover my FB password for a couple of months now.  FB logs show the password reset email is being sent, but nothing is arriving on my end - not into my Inbox, not in Spam, not in Junk.  Contacting FB is impossible, and none of the "solutions" I've seen here so far have been of any help.

Are you only having this problem with Facebook? If so, it could be due to your account settings. Please follow the steps from their support page to make sure that you're receiving email related to your account:

  1. Open Facebook App
  2. Click Facebook menu button
  3. Scroll down and select Settings
  4. Scroll down and select Notification Settings
  5. Scroll down and select Email
  6. From here, you can choose the appropriate settings to receive email about your account

All my settings are set correctly, and I never encountered this problem until about a month ago.  The emails are being sent by FB to my Bellsouth account.  Somewhere between being sent by FB and landing in my inbox, they are disappearing.

Are you trying to view these emails in an email client or are you using a web browser to view your emails?

I have tried both ways to view my email. The recovery email was not in my inbox either way.

I managed to find a workaround to salvage my FB password, but I had to change the associated email address in order to finally receive correspondence from them again.  With the new non-AT&T email address, everything is working fine.
