Not Found on Accelerator

Today I woke up to find I was not receiving my email. When I try t o log in, I get this message: "Not Found on Accelerator. Description: Your request on the specified host was not found. Check the location and try again." I get this message on all my devices, I have a PC, an Android phone, two Android tablets. I use Outlook for my email client on both the PC and the Android devices. I try to download my mail and I am told to re-log in, when I try I get this message, on each device. Then I tried to access my email account via the web. I would go to the website with chrome and try to log into an account and, again, I get this message. When I Googled it, I found this problem had last occurred in July 2019, so it is a repeat. I am sure I am not the only one with this problem, please help us.
