PLEASE HELP!
I have been trying to log in to my email for 2 days. This is happening on BOTH my PC & my PHONE! Same error message; "Not Found on Accelerator Description: Your request on the specified host was not found. Check the location and try again."
My parents both have Yahoo email on the same PC and they are able to log in to their accounts.
I have cleared cache on PC, updated browser & disabled firewall.
Very important work-related emails needed to access!
PLEASE HELP!

I have attempted, for several weeks, to access my email on-line, using Google and Microsoft Edge, on three different computers, and my cellphone, and can't get in. I've not changed any settings. It was bad enough when my second email account just vanished, but now I can't even access my primary email, from the internet. It works fine, so far, in MS Outlook, but how long will that last? I've also tried the clear Cache, Cookies, and History, but that didn't work. I hope this is something that can be resolved sooner than later! This is ridiculous! I'm so close to giving up on AT&T email services and creating a new email account elsewhere. The only thing keeping me from doing so is the hassle of changing everything over to a new email address.

I had this problem and it can't be fixed by ATT. ATT has to write a ticket and send it to Yahoo. This is a Yahoo issue, they've deleted your email account. In my case it took me about three weeks to get serious about fixing it and when ATT called and said Yahoo was able to fix the issue I had lost 3 weeks of emails. My advice to anyone reading this is to change your email to a different provider as soon as you read this. Get a free gmail account and start transferring everything over. ATT contracts with Yahoo and therefor is limited as to what they can do. Also, after getting my email back I could only log onto it using a web browser. It wouldn't work in any iOS device using Mail. To fix that, I generated a secret key from ATT and then used that as my password. I was told by an ATT person that Yahoo can't always get your email back. Switch now, before it's too late.
