My yahoo emails not receiving e-mails from g-mail accounts

I don't seem to be receiving e-mails from g-mail accounts.  Is there a setting or something else that I need to change?

We'd be happy to help you start receiving Gmail messages again, @mfmcpa.

 

Please give us more details so we can determine the best course of action:

  • Are these accounts that you're familiar with?
  • Are the messages being sent to spam or not reaching you at all?
  • Did you make any settings changes before you stopped getting Gmail messages?

One option you have is to create a safe list:

  • Click Use existing or create a new one
  • Under Create a new list, enter the name of the list, then click Create
  • Go to the new list, then click Edit
  • From there you can add, edit or delete email addresses
  • Click Save

I am experienced this with two accounts that are in my business contact list, so I am familiar with them.  No, they are not going into my spam.  They are not reaching me at all.  I do not believe I made any settings changes.

  • Is your email a yahoo domain or AT&T?
  • If your email is yahoo domain we suggest that you reach out to yahoo support to get help with email trouble.

Have you checked to see if any of those emails are being blocked?

 

 

It's possible you're not receiving them due to restrictions in place on the account.

I don't believe I have placed and restrictions on the accounts or gmail accounts in general.  I did check settings and do not believe I see any issues.
