My sbcglobal.net domain based email address does not get specific email alert from a business. I get other emails. But miss some important 1

What is the correct contact from ATT to get support on email issues on email address with domain name sbclogbal.net?

Thanks for your reply, but the sender's email address is already in my contact list. So why this specific email alerts is not received? But other emails on the same day from the same email address is received.

@IAemailsupport Since you're not getting the emails, despite the address being in your contacts list, you'll need to email our block list team with the link provided in our previous message.

Under the section titled Support and Info for Postmasters you'll see the option that says Contact us about our email block list

 

Once you select that, you'll be prompted to write an email to the team regarding your concerns.
