my bellsouth.net email account
I am not currently an AT&T customer. I have been able to access my bellsouth.net account through Yahoo. I am able to access my bellsouth.net account on my iPhone & iPad, but I am unable to access my account on my laptop. What do I need to do in order to get my bellsouth.net emails to be available on my laptop

What error message do you get when you try to sign in?
Have you tried signing in through currently.com instead of Yahoo?

There are no troubleshooting steps regarding a bellsouth.net email that I have found.
It wants to know my ATT username/account # & password - which I do not have since I am not an ATT customer.
i haven’t tried signing in with currently.com in a while so I don’t remember what happened. I will try that now.

The Email Troubleshooting article previously provided by Aminah should still be relevant for your email domain. As for Currently.com asking for a username, did you try entering your email into the username tab?
