I have a new computer setup. How do I get the complimentary McAfee to load onto my system?

ACE - Teacher
At the bottom of your front page and to the left, there is an icon that looks like a file box or called File Explorer and click on it. There should be an Icon file the says "Downloads." Dbl click on it and you should see a file name "McAfee" and dbl click on that. It should download for you.
Go to att.net and click on products it should be in there
I have ATT Internet 300 and tried to download the internet security suite from URL https://uversecentral2.att.com/pkmsvouchfor?ATT&https://uversecentral3.att.com/uvp/myhome/mam/ISS
But I got "We're Sorry. We can't process your request at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience. For more information, please Contact Us." And the Contact Us url is not active.

Here is more information on the Internet Security Suite. We recommend that you check out what system requirements you need for it to work properly. We recommend that you make sure that you are using the correct User ID, when trying to download the security suite.

please help. anti virus down load link is crashed.
I am getting the following message:

same error here, i meet all requirements and username/password are correct. AT&T can you post a working link here please.
How can we improve?
