Mac (Mojave) Mail- Error Unknown Destination
Started getting password errors for one of our sbcglobal email addresses. I created a secure mail key (I have done this successfully for our 4 other accounts on other computers running different OS and have had no issues), but on my Mac (Mojave) laptop, there is no place to enter the password in the Server Settings window.
When I click "get mail" a blank window opens that I need to enter the password. This results in an att.com log-in window that appears to be a main att web window and it wants me to enter my credentials. Since it looks like a web-page, I enter my Web Page credentials.
This results in an "Unknown Destination" error (or just blank screen).
I've tried entering the secure mail key in Keychain Access but that did not work. When I try to get to the server settings in Mail>preferences>accounts, there is no field to enter any log-in information.
I can access the email account via the web server using the normal password.
