I cannot log into my email account  Every time I try to log in it gives me the message logout successful.  My email has been for many years [****] (Edited to remove personal information).  I have not been able to get in for days and I know I have in=mportatn messages that I need to read.  It shows that I am now with currently.com but it will not let me sign in.  How do I now access my email?  I need help soon.  Thank you.

It looks like we spoke about this issue yesterday. Thanks so much for giving us more detail about the specific problem you're encountering. This is a known error that we’re working to fix right now. Some accounts are redirecting to a message that says “Logout Successful.” Our engineering team is aware of the problem, and working on getting it fixed ASAP.

 

In the meantime, we would recommend clearing your browser’s cache and cookies, and relaunching your browser. That may get you around the error message. If you are still experiencing it, try using a different browser.

How much longer is it going to take you to fix this?  It appears you have been hacked and your user IDs have been bitlocked.  If this is the case you need to own up and admit it to your customers.

Something is seriously wrong with AT&T's account management.  It appears they have been hacked and are being held for ransom.  I haven't been able to log into my account since Monday, and yesterday technical support made it worse by screwing up my password so now my primary e-mail does not work.  Tried to call today with ticket number L58162938 and the agent ended up hanging up on me.  The truth will come out one way or another.

I just started having this exact same problem in December 2021. I login into currently.att and get redirected to a logout successful page. I have tried multiple browsers and cleared all caches and cookies, with no effect. What is the problem here and whay is the solution?

I am also having this issue and have since November 2021, nothing fixes it. I can only access my account on the mobile app which does not help because I am using the app for chat support and need other information. It's March 2022 and no fix on this. Clearing browser cache does not work, using a different browser does not work. What is wrong with AT&T???
