Locked Out of Sub Account
I recently discovered that someone else has access to my email. I went to reset the password and it's asking me security questions that I did not set up. It's not offering any other option to reset my password and now it's telling me that my account is locked.
I've called AT&T support and after being on the phone for almost an hour I was told I couldn't be helped because I didn't have an account number. The account I am trying to change the password to is a sub account that has it's own personal login ID and password.
