Locked out of sbcglobal.net email, not enough info to reset password.
When I try to log in to me email it redirects me to the AT&T website where it asks me to sign in again, and then it tells me there is a lock on my account until I reset my password. However, when I try to reset my password it tells me I can't because there isn't enough information on my account. Calling the support number is no help because it asks for my account number which I have no way of obtaining because I can't log in. I use this email for everything and I need to be able to access it again.
