Locked out of my sbcglobal.net email account. How can I regain access?

I just get this message:

"Please make sure that your User ID and Password are both correct, and try again."

I know for certain that the information in both fields is correct, however.

@lotuspaolo yes this is password mismatch and it need to be restarted, so you can clean chase and cookies, try to type password again with same email address, if its not working there is "forgot my password" where you can really easily reset your password, if not if all of that fail u can give call to (Edited as per community guidelines).
