Locked out of my email

I been using AT&T email since the 1990s.

Since it change to "currently.att.yahoo.com"  I been having so much trouble getting into my email.

so I have a *******@att.net  Email account and *****@currently.com account.My service provider is ATT.

I been going through YAHOO for years.

Now it says error code There have been too many failed sign in attempts. To get help, please use Forgot user ID or Forgot password links.   CARE CODE: 205.2 [LU003] 

Then I get YOUR ACCOUNT HAS BEEN LOCKED. PLEASE TRY AGAIN IN 24 HOURS,"

This is totally unacceptable!   I need to get my email NOW! 

The "chat" is an AI bot and of no help.

Why I can never find an email or phone number for a live AT&T  person?
