Locked out of my email for the first time.

I'm the only one who logs into my email, after I got locked out, I looked up it'll let me try again in 12 hours. It's been 3 days and I'm still locked out, it's still saying, too many login attempts visit att.com/myatt I do everything it asks for recovery, and it recognizes nothing, I don't even remember trying to login to my account that much, help, I've had this account for like 12 years, and I get on the email like 3 times a year.

my email inbox is empty as of today, and there is no way to contact att support.

@jonnyss So, what you are saying is that I can't recover my email and we can never contact support? awesome. Anyway, thanks for the welcome wagon.
