issues with Email ending in Sbcgloabl.net

We had to re-install our yahoo account after the 2 days of yahoo being down. I have 2 other emails ending with yahoo.com and one that was the original ending with sbcglobal.net. Now I am not able to recover that, I have tried numerous times and the page redirects me to ATT. and then keeps asking me to change or reset my password, I did it twice and when I put my user ID it still goes back or redirects me to reset my password.

I spoke to 2 agents (live Chat) and they were not able to help.

Does anyone have the same issue? what is next? as all bills and everything is connected to this domain.

Any ideas?

Many Thanks

hassan

Let's try to get your email working again, @hsaiyid11.

Have you tried using another web browser? Have you cleared cache and cookies? Have you tried using another device to login?

We recommend clearing cache and cookies, using another browser and try using another device to login. We also have an article on how to troubleshoot email issues. and another article on how to separate AT&T and yahoo email accounts

Please let us know if this helps!

Not quite for what you're experiencing but we've had similar issues over the last year or so. When you get to the screen that asks you to reset your password, input your current password in both fields.

It seems to default to that reset password screen. May also be related to Oauth switch.

Thank you but I was able to resolve it. It seems in private window it opens up. Which is not a permanent solution but through that I was able to open my mail.

Time to change from sbcglobal.net

Thank you all.

I was able to get mine to work. Hope this helps others. I changed my password on my ATT.net account. Then I went back and logged in to my sbcglobal.net account with the same password and I was able to log in. Good luck!
