Is This Message from AT&T or is it a scam or hacker??

I have received a message from att-services.bus@email03.sbc.com.    It says: 

Dear User

Your AT&T Mail Version is outdated and has expired in the database.

Failure to Upgrade to the newest AT&T Mail Version 12.9 will result in inefficient usage of mailbox and might result to shutdown

Click Here To Update

Is this really from AT&T?   I have no idea how to tell and so I am afraid to click as directed.

Thanks for reaching out! We'd be glad to look into this potential scam with you.

 

That message doesn't look like one of ours. We did send out a security update, but it should be from info@service.comms.yahoo.net. Since it didn't come from there, we'd recommend not clicking on it, and instead, checking out our article on Reporting Fraud to get it taken care of.

Just got the same message 2/17/2020. Is it for real or Scam?
