Install AT&T Internet Security Suite

I'm trying to get the internet security suite as we had Norton through Comcast and after switching we don't have any internet security. I was very pleased to find out you offer one with your service as well. However, I can't seem to be able to download it. Every time I click on the link to "Get", it goes to a forbidden page and logs me out and then says it's unavailable right now. I work from home and am very worried about the safety of my computer and need to download/install this as quickly as possible. I've also tried chatting several times and it says no one is available right now.

We want try to help, @titiop07!

You will need to make sure that you've uninstalled any previous security software left on your computer before you attempt to download the Internet Security Suite, since they may prevent you from downloading other software.

You should also try running the pre-installation cleanup in the link provided under How to get Internet Security Suite.

Let us know if this helps.

@ATTHelp I'm not even able to start downloading it to install. I've been to page in the link several times and hit Get it and it takes me to a login page and I login and then it says the page is forbidden. It will not even let me see the download link.

Hey @titiop07,

Try to clear the cache and cookies on your web browser, and try downloading the Internet Security Suite again.

Hey @titiop07,

Is this related to the security Suite download and what browser are you currently using?

Please let us know so we can better assist you.

Hey @titiop07,

Can you try using a different browser and did you delete the security program you have installed?

Please let us know if you get that same error message. Looking forward to your response.

I tried using Firefox and it's just making me login in over and over again. Never gets to the download.

Same thing. Is anyone trying this themselves? It's automatically logging me out as if the page does exist or work. It says forbidden or gives the error message above or acts like its going to login and then says logout and kicks back to login page.

The same thing is happening with me. Tried many different browsers, cleared cache, etc. Site won't let me access the security protection suite. Says: "Forbidden"

We are here to help you with getting the Security Suite, @vita_gold,

Have you tried installing it on a different device?

  • This will show that the "Forbidden" error is most likely caused by a software already installed on your computer.
    • Most likely candidates are anti-virus or anti-malware software. They will sometimes block installation of different security software.
      • This is due the security software being able to run scans (look through) all your files.

Let us know if this helps.
