I have a problem loading emails

When I try to access emails using Microsoft Edge- inbox, sent, drafts - I get a spinning circle and then a message - We couldn't load this message. Retry - how can this issue be resolved?

  • Are you using currently to access your email?
  • Do you have this issue when using another web browser? ( to confirm if the issue is with your email or edge).

I have the same issue. My webmail is almost unusable. This is not a browser issue.

I should add that contacting AT&T technical support is hours of time wasted. Once you finally get through all the layers of bare bones competence who will insist that you do things over and over that you already performed before you ever called them you will be told that there's no problem with your email account and that the issue is 'out of scope'. I spent 35 years in IT and never told anyone that a problem was 'out of scope'. If I couldn't help I made sure I got the user to someone who could. Times sure have changed.

  • Do you get an error message. If yes, what is the error message?(This will tell us what the issue is).
