I can't sign in to my att.net email account

For about a week now, I have been unable to sign in to my att.net email account.  I've answered the security questions and changed the password, but it still won't let me in.  Help!

What did you do that let you get your ATT.NET email, not your yahoo mail.

I have been having the same problem for almost 10 days now.  How did you get your problem fixed?  ATT.com is of no help...

I’m having the same problem except this didn’t fix me. I keep getting this weird message in a strange looking box above the login box. It ALSO sometimes comes up with this: signing in with Currently?????

whats that? I only have my email working on one device. If I lose that I lose a lot of contacts. I would think it might be a virus or something but two of these devices are iOS. What to do?

I am also having problems signing into my att.com account for my internet and TV!!!!!

Currently.com is the official website for accessing AT&T email.

 

You may be able to resolve this by creating a secure mail key. This is a 16-character key that you can use in place of a password.

 

By using the secure key, you'll be able to access your AT&T email with most email apps and synchronize your account information across devices. Since you're able to access your email on one device, the key could help you get signed in on the others.

 

Also, we have an article here in the forums that provides Login and Email Solutions.

 

To troubleshoot web mail such as Currently.com, go to the section titled WebMail and Features Troubleshooting. For an email app, such as Apple Mail, go to the section titled 3rd Party Mailbox - (Outlook, Apple Mail, Mozilla Thunderbird).

 

When it comes to signing in to your AT&T account, please give us more details:

  • Are you getting an error message?
  • Are you signing in with your AT&T email?
  • Have you tried resetting your account password or using the Forgot password option?

Let us know so we can find a resolution for you.

@AVJavj_15   This thread is ancient and has outdated info.  The reasons for your problem are quite different.

I'm going to close this thread and suggest you open your own thread in the Email Forum.  Give as much detail as possible, how you access your email (browser, email app or client) and what error messages you see or what happens when you do try to log in.
