I cannot sign into my @sbcglobal.net email address.
When I try to login it keeps telling me that I've tried unsuccessfully too many times so I've tried to reset my password multiple times. Every time it says I have successfully reset my password and I'm "Good to Go" and I try to log in again and I get the same error message. I've gotten so frustrated that now my account is locked for 24 hours and the phone reps, after having gotten disconnected multiple times, tells me that I just need to wait the 24 hours and reset my password - which I've already done multiple times.... Help - anyone??
