I believe my account has been hacked and compromised

My account seemingly disappeared two days ago and none of my passwords or personal phone numbers work for the reset and the recovery questions say my answers are wrong. I am worried that I have been hacked because the recovery email is not one that I own. Can I speak to someone about returning my account to me?

AT&T is making your email experience more secure. A part of this change is prompt requesting you reenter your password which may affect your ability to sign-in to your email, especially if you cannot remember your password.

 

You will find steps on our support article to help with steps to get you back in.
