help to disable att e-mail sub account

I need help in disabling att/yahoo e-mail sub accounts.  I can't find a solution anywhere!  Does anyone know how to do this?  I've been on yahoo and my att account but no luck.  Thanks in advance!  ALSO, I should mention that my primary e-mail was set up through bellsouth years ago.

As they say, just don't use it for 90 days.

Hi @melshump,

We will be happy to help!

The only method for deleting sub accounts is through the suspension process. After 90 days, the suspended sub account will be automatically deleted. Once deleted, a Member ID cannot be reused, and the AT&T Mail, Address Book, Calendar, etc. associated with this Member ID are permanently deleted. Learn more about managing sub accounts, please visit our website.

If you have any additional concerns, please feel free to reach out to us. Thank you for contact us on AT&T Community Forums!

Thank you for your reply, however that did not work. Once I got to “Manage Sub-Accounts”, the screen was blank. I know I have several sub-accounts, so I’m not sure what’s happening. Could you assist further? Thank you!

Could you walk me through the steps on how to suspend the accounts?

Thank you!
