Help accessing Bellsouth.net email

Hello. I have a bellsouth.net email. Its been my main email for years. My phone has remembered the login for years, and transferred it over when I switched phones, so I've long forgotten the password. I'm trying to login to it through a computer for the first time in ages and can't recall the password. Your reset password link sends me to security questions I don't remember ever setting up, because the last time I logged in it was through yahoo not att. I would have tried to contact support through the contact up page, but you have to login for that too. Can I get some assistance in recovering my email password please?

At this time, we're unable to reset your password for you. We suggest waiting 72 hours, then trying again by following these steps:

Go to att.com/myatt.
Select Forgot Password?
Complete the password info.
Choose temporary password and follow the prompts. (If you choose temporary password, we’ll let you know where we sent it.)
Create your new password.
