Hacked email now locked out (yahoo)

My email was hacked. Everyone in my address book got a spam email. Then I couldn't log in (they changed my password) but for several weeks I was able to still access it only through my phone. Now I can't get it in my phone because it needs the updated password. So all of my emails are gone and I really need to get in. Every time I try to reset the password I get att.com error code 653214 and it's Been that way for weeks and it's still the same error code and no one is able to help me figure it out. I'm extremely frustrated.
