great big problems with logging into email account

Every few minutes I get a message that my time has run out and to log back in to view my email. Even though I check the box to stay logged in for 2 weeks, I still have to log back in. Once in awhile when I go to log back in, I get a message that it cant be done at this time. Once in awhile Im able to log back in. Today I had to log in 8 different times in a few hours. This is getting to be a great big hassle as its been going on for a few days now..

 

I use Firefox and have the latest version. Windows 10 is up to date and there are no new updates to install. Why does this keep happening ???? and what can I do to have it finely fixed ??

Hi @RCBAEW,

 

If you need to enter your E-mail once again, it usually means there is something wrong with the cookie that keeps you connected. This could be due to Firefox of a Virus Scanner or Adware remover that is clearing it out. For Firefox, here is a great thread that goes over how to fix it. Just for testing, you may want to try with a different browser. If you have the same issue with a different browser, check your virus scanner or possibly any other programs that may be cleaning your computer. Hope this helps.

Greetings David, thanks for your response. You are correct; for some reason when Firefox did their latest update somehow the box was checked to delete all cookies. It had me stumped for awhile until I went through all my settings and discovered it. All is well now and everything is acting the way it should.
