Emails Not Getting Through From Domain

I am not receiving emails from blackmagic.com domain in either my Inbox or or Spam folder. I have added [email scrubbed] as a contact, but still the emails are filtering on the ATT end.

Please review and advise what I can do to allow this domain email privilege's.

I have been trying to get access to the sites forum for over two weeks. It is the only site of which I am aware of an issue.

Their tech support indicates the forum emails are sending and not bouncing.

I am using Chrome email browser to access my ATT email address.

The last email sent from the forum and not received at my email address was at 11:25 AM PDT, 8/6/21.

Here is more information on how to troubleshoot your email. We recommend that you check your email server settings to make sure that everything is set up correctly. This will help with sending and receiving those emails.

These canned help responses are no help at all. I've been through all the help menus, etc. There is something on the ATT server blocking the forum address from reaching my Inbox.
