Emails going to archive

I stopped receiving my emails to my Sky/Yahoo email account. Sky have resolved the incoming mail issue however, instead of going to my inbox they are going to the archive mail box. Sky have asked me to contact you as they cannot access the filters as your company do this work on behalf of Yahoo. Many thanks.

Just to clarify, what e-mail domain are you needing assistance with? If it is a purely Yahoo e-mail account, you will need to reach out to Yahoo support for further assistance.

 

If you have an AT&T related domain, you will need to login to Currently and change your Filter Settings. This will change how e-mails are labelled and displayed in other webmails.
