Email syncing and sub accounts
When I try to fix email settings in my Windows10 Mail program for different sbcglobal.net (sub)accounts, I get sent to Yahoo where I enter email address which sends me to ATT where I enter email and password, which sends me to Set Personal Password (not change password). I enter the same password and I get UserID lost or invalid or Destination not found. If I change the password, I get "Something went wrong", "We're sorry, but we weren't able to do that." "Error code: 0x8019019a." I spent 1 hour and 22 minutes on the phone with ATT support and accomplished nothing. When I try to access my sub accounts on ATT.com, the popup shows that I have none. Windows 10 Mail has no problem with my main account. Where did my sub accounts go? I can access them through a browser; Yahoo mail which takes me to ATT sign in which takes me Yahoo Mail.
