each time i try to sign in I get the following error message, "
Description: Your request on the specified host was not found. Check the location and try again."
I need to retrieve a code sent to my email so I can talk to my bank. HELP!!
I cannot access my e-mail & keep getting the same error message. Have tried repeatedly to reset my password -- has NOT worked. How can I get my e-mail restored?
I am experiencing the same thing as well, I cannot access my E-Mail.
Have not been able to access my account for over a month. Did the password reset. What is going on?
Hi, What is the error message you are getting? Have you tried in another browser? from which website you are trying to connect to the email?
Getting a variety of messages.
Not found on accelerator is the latest. Getting this one if i try to access via my att homepage or if i try and log in via the yahoo page.
No email access for over a month and no acknowledgement from either att or yahoo. Both keep blaming the other.
Give a try to this solution:
1 - Go to att.com click on Account - Sign in the top right
2 - Click Forgot password below the Sign In tab and follow the process until you are at a webpage where it says Welcome YOUR NAME
3 - Go to att.net and Sign in with the new password to see you emails
For the past 20 years I have been able to send and receive my emails via outlook express
I also have been able to send and receive emails from my android phone for the past 4 years
It's been 5 days since I've gotten emails
I've even tried going to start.att.net
Steps To Reproduce:1. Go to: start.att.net2. I successfully log in3. When I go to my emails, I get the following message:Not Found on AcceleratorDescription: Your request on the specified host was not found. Check the location and try again.
I've also changed my email password but that didn't work
This is very important that I get this resolved asap...
Hi. Hoping someone can help me. I haven’t been able to get into any of my emails for 4 days. I keep getting a message stating Not Foind On Accelerator. Your request on the specified host was not found. Check location and try again. I’ve tried other browsers, clearing history, clear cache, cookies etc. I’ve also tried on other devices such as my cell phone and a different computer and only receive the same message. Can anyone provide a solution or help in anyway? Very grateful!
Having same issue for last 3 weeks. customer service tells me they are aware of issue and working on it.. try again in 24-48 hrs. If this is the way At&t treats a major problem, I might have to switch wireless carriers also before something happens as I can't risk losing emails and calls and no one at At&T seems to care.
Nope. Tried it and didn’t work.
How can we improve?
