I get notices that my flash.net settings are out of date. I receive this about once every week. I try to change my password and it says repeatedly "bad request" no matter what I enter. I cannot get my emails on my phone or on my PC.

Are you sure you re using the correct ID and password?

To get started, we suggest that you clear cache on your device, update browser, disable your firewall, restart device and then reset email password using myAT&T.
