email log in not working

My email log in is not working. log in puts me in a loop. I need a live person

Hello @ersisk,

 

We're happy to help with this! Can you provide us with the domain of the email address, and if you have a current account tied to the email address? If so you can reset the password by logging into your account or using the myAT&T app. To learn more steps on changing the password check out this How to Reset you Email Password support article. Usually this will solve the issue, we hope this helps!
