email locked

My email keeps opening into my husband's email account on my computer. On my phone, it is fine. I cannot find anyone at ATT to help somehow extricate my email from his. He does not even use his. I have been on the phone with ATT two different days. I just keep having my email account locked from too many attempts to reset the password. AND this is ONLY a computer problem. Not a phone problem. Thanks for any advice you can give. The last word I got from ATT was that a service person would have to come out (why?) and it could cost me (why, again?).

What browser are you using? Have you tried different browser's?


We recommend that you clear your cache and cookies on your browser, as well as the saved password data. There may be a saved password on your computer for the email, which is why it is logging you into the wrong account.
