Email account keeps locking

I have an old email account and one of my sub accounts keeps getting locked for “invalid password”. I’ve called and after being transferred and waiting finally got it up and going again but it’s happened again and it’s really frustrating to call. I’ve tried the chat feature but they weren’t able to unlock it for me. Help
