Disappearing attachments @sbcglobal.net email account

When I receive a new email w/ attachments (on my desktop computer), the attachment is only visible briefly.  It literally disappears.  I can close and reopen the email, and it shows no attachment.  The same email copied to another employee - the attachment displays and opens with no trouble.  I have restarted my computer.  Please help!

Let's see if we can get you email back up and running, @GlassShop627.

What browser are you using? Is this happening on multiple devices? Have you tried using a different browser?

We recommend that you check out our article on Email Troubleshooting.  We suggest that you look at the section about Web mail and Features Troubleshooting. The most common fix is clearing you cache and cookies on your browser because this will get rid of anything that is slowing your browser down.

Let us know if this helps.

Since posting, I accessed the same email acct through currently.att.yahoo.com and successfully opened the attachments.  I have Windows 10.  Can I redirect the "email" icon in the task bar?  Or do I need to delete the email accounts and start over so that they pick up the new path?

This is actually my bosses email account, and I'm concerned if I clear the cache/cookies, his auto fills will disappear, and make him unbearable
