Delete Sbcglobal Email Account

I have been trying to delete my sbcglobal.net email address since it gets hacked almost weekly.

I have followed all of the directions:

You go to Profile>Contact Info>Email tab>Free AT&T email account> Manage. If you don't see that option, your email account can't be deleted. Next to Member I.D> Delete Account>Ok. Please confirm that the status at the bottom of the User information section now reads Disabled. Your email account has been deleted.

I do not have the Delete account next to my member I.D. - instead it says "check email". Lower on that page it says edit user information. I have attached a screenshot (with all of my personal information blacked out) so you can see exactly what I can see.

Let's see if we can help you with your email, @annoyedgreatly.

Is this your sub account email?

Here is more information on how to delete the sub account account. We recommend that you log into the Member ID account. The Member ID is the parent account to the sub account. You can also try using a different browser.

Let us know if this helps.
