Credit report

Hey I recently reviewed my credit score and I have an outstanding balance on there of $1000 but I don’t have any service with AT&T in my name. Can you please contact me ([email scrubbed]) explaining this please also can you possibly remove it from my credit report please.

This is basically an AT&T User forum.  You will not get an e-mail from AT&T in response to your post.  You can lodge a dispute directly with the Credit Bureau that reported the AT&T account, which should force AT&T to clear it or respond.

If you believe you are a victim of identity theft, contact the police to start a report.
