Content Filter on outbound.att.net?

Is there a content filter on the outbound.att.net server that would prevent mail with certain content to be rejected?

I DO NOT accept that answer as correct or relevant.  99+% of my e-mails are sent via outbound.att.net without a problem.  A few are rejected.  It is NOT a problem with my Thunderbird settings.  I have been unable to find anyone within the at&t  organization who has knowledge of the outbound.att.net mail server(s).

I still would like to talk (via e-mail or phone) with someone who is an admistrator for the outbound.att.net mail server.  There DEFINITELY is a content filter (and anyone who uses that server can verify).  I want to know what strings in outbound mail are being filtered, and why.

Is there NO ONE within the at&t support staff who is monitoring this forum?  I have not had A SINGLE response to my complaint, except for the initial reply, which was not an answer to my query.
