Checking Email To See If Its Spam
Does AT&T email decide an email is spam and then check to see what my filters say to do with it? Or, are emails determined to be spam by AT&T sent to the spam/junk box no matter what? Also, when I mark a spam email as Not Spam and it moves to my inbox how does this train the system to eventually know it is not spam and start putting into my inbox?
Please don’t tell me to use the Troubleshoot And Repair service as it does not work and it not available at this time.
