Can't Receive An Email Newsletter

How do I solve the problem of not receiving an email newsletter?  It's a store and I've signed up to receive newsletter and I don't get it, it's not in Spam and I still don't receive it even after unsubscribing and resubscribing.  And even after calling them to check on if I'm in the system.  What is wrong?  Why is att.net blocking this small, non controversial gift store?

@henley1990.

  • Are you using any email clients? If so, we'd recommend trying it on currently.com instead, just to test it out in case it's not synced properly.

  • If you are using an email client, you may want to check to make sure it's set up right - using our article on Setting Up or Updating AT&T Email. You can select the email client in the drop down menu.

  • If none of the above steps help, you may also want to try Resetting your Password to help resync your email account.

We're here to help @henley1990, with not receiving newsletter.

 

  • Is there any error messages associated with these emails?
  • Some emails can be considered as spam.
  • Are you getting other emails from this business?
  • The store could be on a block list.

Please let us know if that helps understand what could be happening here.

-no error messages since email not received at all (the only way I know about it is because my friend receives them)

-they are not in SPAM folder

-no other emails received from this business

-not on my block list

it is an AT&T email address, but a Frontier account

store's emails are handled by a company called snapretailemail.com

Found out that it's a problem with the email/newsletter/web page company of the store, that apparently I reported it as spam and then when I tried to re-sign up it didn't accept that request.  So we have fixed it and problem is solved!  Thank you.
