Can't log in to my bellsouth.net email account

I have been trying for weeks to successfully access my bellsouth.net email account. I am stuck in a loop where I change my password, and then get the error message:

There have been too many failed sign in attempts.... CARE CODE: 205.2 [LU003]

Can somebody help me out here?
