Can't Download Email Attachments

When I receive an email with an attachment, I can preview but cannot download it. This has been happening for the past 3 weeks. I'm guessing it is due to a setting, but can't find where to change it.

Have you tried troubleshooting the email?

 

We recommend that you make sure the attachment is not part of the body or the subject of the email, and is an actual attachment on the email itself.

 

You can clear your cache and cookies, try different browsers, and make sure the browsers are up to date.

I cleared the history in my browser, which cleared my cache and cookies, and the problem was resolved. Thanks!
