Can't download AT&T Security Suite powered by McAffee
I get a message stating that I am ineligible for this download. However, I AM eligible, and have verified this with ATT.
The things I've already tried per request thru online chat with ATT:
uninstalled previous version of McAffee and rebooted computer
installed Mozilla Firefox, and tried thru that browser
Any other ideas?

Amazing. After a year this problem still exist. What do you expect, ATT the worst customer service in the industry.

We can help you out @bradbloomer!
You have responded to an old post from March 2019.
What is your current issue so we can further assist you?

I am getting an error message and we have the high speed that allows us to get the "free" McAfee Security Center". Need assistance, have tried chat 2x's with no success. Spending lots of time trying to get this to work.

Having the same issue. I need to download it for a lab assingment for a college class. The assignment specifically states that the software must be provided thru the ISP. I have already done the other prt of the assign wehre it says to install the version from the vendor directly. Please do help here.

I'm getting same result as mat8td - click on 'Get It' and 'English Download' then I get directed to McAfee.com website to 'buy' the product. Support said they will look into problem and get back to me - hmmm I wonder how soon that will be.

For me?
Yes.
Same issue, jump through all the hoops. Log in with ID. Back to McAfee generic site.
Ask for help. Get unhelpful links to basic instructions that I indicated I already followed. Then get the same generic "Clear your cache and try again" and "Try it on another browser." Already did all those things REPEATEDLY.
I have gotten a response of "Others have reported the same issue and we are working with McAfee" but that was weeks ago.

I'm at the same problem now. AT&T Tech support (after several hours trying them) told me that McAfee had some outage, and that it should be back up soon. Well, after looking at this page it looks like this "outage" has been going on for days, weeks, months! Part of why I signed up for AT&T fiber was because they included the McAfee software, but now I know this was bogus and false advertising. I'm going to call now to cancel and go back to Comcast (who will take me back instantly, and I still have the equipment ready) unless AT&T can give me a credit to make up for actually having to buy the McAfee software.

In case you wonder how the customer service is with ATT. It is August of 2021 and I am having the same issue still. How much do you want to bet that we still get a generic answer telling us to clear our browser cache or something. The link has been broken for three years. They found a loophole to falsely advertise that this is available to us when it isn't.
