Can't create Secure Mail Key
The instructions say to:
1. Go to Profile > Sign-in info.
2. Select the email account that you want to get a secure mail key for. (You’ll find a drop-down menu at the top if you have multiple accounts.)
3. Scroll to Secure mail key and select Manage secure mail key.
There is never an option to create a secure mail key. When I sign in I get Popular tasks, Contact info, and Sign-in info on the first page. There are the links across the top Support, Cart, Account, Search, and Business. Across the bottom are all of the options that are on all of the website pages Find a store, Make an appointment, etc. I have searched every available option and don't find Secure mail key.
I have tried In Chrome, Edge, and the MyATT app.
